📝 Findings: Students' earliest happy memories wer e associated with family bonding and fr iendship, but some preferred being alo ne. A notable number of students repor ted diiculty concentrating due to stres s, lack of sleep, and worry. Many studen ts indicated they had neutral or distant relationships with family and were ae cted by major life changes like relocatio n or school transfers. Sleep deprivation was common, with most students sleep ing only 5–6 hours a night. Emotional w ellbeing varied, and students expressed the need for someone to listen without judgment. Despite achievements in ext racurricular fields like sports, art, and music, many students struggled emotio nally and academically

📈 Impact: Counselling sessions and student suppo rt circles were introduced to address em otional needs. Wellness programs and lif e skills sessions improved emotional res ilience. Students reported better focus, e motional regulation, and increased moti vation in class. Improved communicatio n with parents and better student-teach er rapport were observed. A significant i mprovement was seen in academic perf ormance and overall student wellbeing.

Iss ues like parental pressure, peer conflict s, and relationship troubles impacted e motional stability. Some students repor ted depression, aggressive behavior, bo dy shaming, and lack of individual atte ntion. Digital distractions such as addic tion to reels, social media, and online g ames were reported. Hostel students co mplained of fatigue, limited recreation, and food quality issues. Although some students had a positive mindset, for ot hers it stemmed from emotional detach ment or carelessness, not genuine wellbeing.

📈 Impact: One-on-one counselling, vent-out space s, and confidential support sessions wer e organized. Mentorship programs conn ected students with trusted sta mentor s for academic and emotional guidance. Stress management workshops and mot ivational sessions were conducted regul arly. Students displayed increased emoti onal stability, better classroom participa tion, and improved academic outcomes. Digital wellness programs helped reduce dependency on gadgets, improving time management and focus.

Holiday experiences - sleeping patterns, eating habits, and screen time.

📝 Findings: The major inferences made through the study are mentioned below. 1. Irregular Sleeping Habits: A significant number o f students exhibited irregular sleeping h abits during their holidays. This was ob served across all grades, with a conside rable proportion of students staying up late and waking up late. 2. Unhealthy E ating Habits: Many students reported c onsuming excessive junk food, skipping meals, and irregular meal timings.3. Inc rease in Screen Time: Another notewort hy finding was the substantial increase in screen time among students during their holidays.

Teacher Orientation: Teachers were or iented to provide systematic guidance a nd counsel to the students regarding the importance of maintaining a regular slee p pattern and healthy eating habits. 2.A wareness Campaigns: Awareness campa ign programme was organised to raise a wareness among students about the neg ative e ects of irregular sleeping habits, unhealthy eating practices, and excessiv e screen time. 3. Parental Involvement: T eachers were encouraged to engage in r egular communication with parents,add ressing topics such as their child's dietar y habits, sleep patterns, and encouragin g some positive changes in these habits

A brief study on the Prayer, Study Hours & Sleep Habits of students of Class X, XI & XII

📝 Findings: (a) Students’ devotion to God is of a ma jor concern. (b) Role of fathers in accom panying their children to places of wors hip and spending more time with their children. (c) XI Students’ concentration in studies needs attention as they spen d less time studying at home. Skipping breakfast can n egatively aect teachers' energy levels, focus, and overall well-being, potentiall y impacting their performance in the cl assroom. Knowledge of Student's Pare nts: 54% of teachers claim to know thei r students' parents. Teachers who have a connection with their students' paren ts may have a better understanding of their students' backgrounds, enabling more effective communication and tailored instruction.

📈 Impact: Teachers with reading habits may havea broader knowledge base and stay updat ed on educational research, leading toi mproved instructional practices. Teache rs who know their students' parents can develop a better understanding of indivi dual student needs and tailor their teac hing accordingly. Teachers with a positiv e mindset, achieved partly through pray er or other spiritual practices, can create a nurturing and supportive classroomen vironment, positively impacting student well-being and motivation.

Child Safety & Protection

We have implemented strict access control measures, including controlled entry and exit points, to ensure only authorized individuals can enter the premises. Regular safety audits are conducted to identify and address any potential hazards or safety concerns within the school premises.

For Emotional Safety of Children

Our school has a dedicated counseling team that provides emotional support to students and creates a safe s pace for them to express their feelings and concerns.
